tithe requirement

I changed my mind about making tithing a requirement, so I am going to revert this change.  If anyone objects, they can let me know.

I think your tithing article is good.  Even though you might not keep it for your religion, i hope you would keep the article for others faiths interested in tithing

Thank you, I do plan to keep it for Mikraite, but as something a Mikraite should do, not a requirement.  This is like a mitzvah in Judaism.
