I typically jerk off to porn 2 or 3 times per day ever since I was 15. I noticed that when I stop I gain this impulsive kind of energy which allows me to perform better in social situations. When socializing the listener is expected to impulsively react to what the speaker is saying in real time, and if you don't impulsively react to what the person is saying you are perceived as being "weird" and "awkward".
