Recent modern technology offers little of value, but this product is one satisfying technological advance.  I hate mosquitos and I find it very satisfying to fry them with this product.  It also works well on other pests like flies.  But even if your neighbor is a pest, you probably shouldn't use it on him.  Stick to bugs.
