I think we need to respect human nature. A good religion to a woman is one that is moderate to big, has an established brand with clearly recognizable external symbols and traditions they can perform. Right now our religion has none of this so women have every reasons to despise our religion. The only reason our group works for us is because we're all men and therefore can appreciate the value of discussion to some degree even if it has bared limited real world fruit.
