I want to post on this site, but they have failed to approve my profile. This is for my research on Ukrainian churches.

Can you contact an admin or mod and tell them someone named "drealm" is trying to register and hasn't been approved yet?

When did you register?  I would give them a few days to approve it.

It was some time last week. I have checked my email and I can't find a notification of any sort.

Give me a link to an admin and I will PM him.

After looking at it I cannot tell who is a admin and who isn't.
