The optimistic way of looking at this is that women from modern Western culture are not breeding with men from modern Western culture, which means they are dissatisfied with the men. This seems like this would make the west fertile ground for a superior culture to recruit women from.

Speaking as an Asian man I can only say that the women of our race clearly hold us in contempt for having higher average intelligence

American born women of nonwhite immigrant backgrounds are basically all white supremacists. They want a white partner so that their kids would look more white and presumably this would help them integrate into modern western society. Personally I find that Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern women are even less friendly to me than white women.
