On one hand it seems like the younger generation in the USA is making low wages compared to past generations, but on the other you don't see any signs of this, for example almost no young women in the USA are turning to prostitution as they do in other countries. Why? I think despite the low wages, their standard of living remains high, because they have rich boomer parents to supplement their income. I mean, even the boomer janitor at my last workplace owned his own house in an expensive area, just because he is a boomer. So even though a young woman might have a shitty cashier job that pays her a shitty salary, she still gets to live like a princess because she has rich boomer parents who pay her expenses, so she doesn't have to turn to prostitution of marry a provider-type man. She gets to live comfortably while being at liberty to have sex with hunks and thugs instead of a provider. For example, my apartment is in a nice part of town and is ridiculously expensive, but all my neighbors are young women who are college students. Are they able to afford this on top of their tuition, because of their shitty part time job? No, they live in these expensive apartments because their rich boomer parents want the best for their princess.
