And Satan will say when the matter is decided: "It was Allah Who gave you a promise of Truth: I too promised, but I failed in my promise to you. I had no authority over you except to call you but ye listened to me: then reproach not me, but reproach your own souls. I cannot listen to your cries, nor can ye listen to mine. I reject your former act in associating me with Allah. For wrong-doers there must be a grievous penalty."
Quran 29:2-7 wrote
Do men think that they will be left alone on saying, "We believe", and that they will not be tested? We did test those before them, and Allah will certainly know those who are true from those who are false.Do those who practise evil think that they will get the better of Us? Evil is their judgment! For those whose hopes are in the meeting with Allah (in the Hereafter, let them strive); for the term (appointed) by Allah is surely coming and He hears and knows (all things). And if any strive (with might and main), they do so for their own souls: for Allah is free of all needs from all creation. Those who believe and work righteous deeds,- from them shall We blot out all evil (that may be) in them, and We shall reward them according to the best of their deeds.
Quran 76:2 wrote
Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm, in order to try him: So We gave him (the gifts), of Hearing and Sight.
The Covid lockdown is Satan's greatest success in recent history. Satan has managed to fool people into shutting down religion and destroying the economy, all for a disease no more serious than the flu. God controls reality, so God has made Covid evolve into a relatively harmless virus. Satan controls people through lies. And it seems that many Muslims are now listening to Satan.
If life is a test, how do you pass the test? I believe passing the test requires four things: religion, intelligence, knowledge, and will. Religion teaches you about good and evil. Intelligence and knowledge (which combine to form wisdom) are needed judge what is good and evil. And then you need the will to act on that judgement since judgement that is not applied to action is useless.
Modern Muslims lack intelligence, knowledge, and will, so of course they fail the test. The lack of intelligence and knowledge isn't limited to Muslims, it is a general problem for all of modern humanity. But I will focus on Muslim issues here.
In the case of the Covid hysteria, most Muslims fail the test due to lack of judgement. They fail to recognize that the Covid lockdown is based on lies. Any Muslims with the judgement to recognize this seem to lack the will to speak up on the issue. In particular, since there is no real health issue, the Jumah communal prayer is required by the Quran. Evil governments are creating obstacles to Jumah, so it is up to Muslims to use their intelligence and will to find ways around these obstacles. This is just part of the test.
This Covid situation just highlights what I already knew - that Muslim education needs to improve. Muslim children need to be educated in a way that develops their intelligence and that gives them the relevant knowledge to judge things like Covid. I covered intelligence in my
Elementary School Education post. The needed knowledge is science and history which should be taught in high school. And will should be developed through competitive activities like sports and the game of Go. Muslims raised with such an education would not fail the Covid test.
