One thing you could do is start a valet trash company for apartment complexes. My apartment is having a hard time finding a competent valet trash company. The one they had kept skipping days for weeks at a time, which is a sign the competition is not too formidable. Lots of money to be made - $25 per month per tenant and most tenants only put their trash out a few times a month. So basically you will make something like $5 just for taking a single trash bag from the tenant's door and throwing it in the dumpster.
