Is charisma innate or learned

Is charisma learned or innate? If its learned how much of it is learned than? I mean its kinda sad if chsrisma has a huge innate contribution because that means that if someone who is born with it will always have a big advantage over you and that supports genetic determinism because charisma leads to succes. What do you think ?

Everything is a mix.  I think charisma is more innate than learned.  Lacking charisma just means that you have to team up with someone who has charisma.
