The involuntary celibate phenomenon refers to the fact that most men in feminist countries aren't able to get as much sex as they would like or think is normal by means they are comfortable with. The reason this is the case is that the system outbids most individual men for marriage, in the sense that young women can use the system for most of the important functions traditionally provided by a husband. Therefore, those husbandly functions not provided by the government, such as entertainment and sex, become specialist functions to be sourced from the appropriate specialist providers on a case-by-case basis, just like car repairs, home repairs and the services of other specialists. Hence most men are surplus to female sexual requirements. This is the inevitable result of government policy. Very simple.
