Cody, Wyoming trip

Hi, should we organize a trip to Cody, Wyoming during November- thanksgiving break, to check out potential places?

Cody is too far from Whole Foods.  We discussed Cheyenne, WY which is closer to things.  But looking at it, it doesn't seem to have many trees around, it is mostly grass.  Another issue is the altitude.  I get winded easily at high altitudes.

I think an alternative to Texas that makes more sense is New Hampshire.  This is greener, low altitude, has mountains, Whole Foods, plenty of water, and a climate like Wyoming.

We forgot or we always assumed another criteria: not too cold?
