Boston/Midwest meetup?

As I mentioned in our Skype meeting Tuesday, I am interested in making the Declaration and officially becoming a Mikraite. Would it be possible to schedule a Boston-area meetup sometime in the next few weeks? I am moving out my apartment at the end of July, and am moving to the Midwest at the end of August. So if we were to have a Boston area meetup, it would have to be before the end of July, perhaps the weekend of July 23-24. Or we could just wait to have a meetup in the Midwest in September or later. Or, if it would be too difficult for you to travel to either location, I could potentially fly out to Texas or California. Let me know what works best for everyone!

I can't do July but anything after would probably work for me (not sure yet about August).

I can do Friday 9/23 - Sunday 9/25.

I would get to San Francisco sometime around 10pm or 11pm on Friday (there are two flights that I could potentially take), and I would leave sometime around 11pm on Sunday.

I don't have any late flights on Sunday.  Alex, what time do you go to work on Monday?  Maybe you could drop me off at the airport.

Do you all want to stay in the city?

SF is a nice city but it's also crowded. And it's a hassle to get in and get out.

If you guys are neutral, I suggest we gather in Cupertino this time. It's where I live and it's about 40 minutes south of SFO airport (vs SF is about 30 minutes north of the airport). It has easy access to trails and mountains and good restaurants.

I want to spend at least some time in San Francisco, since I haven't been to the city in years and would like to see it again. However, I could meet you in Cupertino if you would prefer that.

Will suggested that we fly into San Jose.  What would your times be for that?

I start going to work around 10am and it takes me an hour to get there. My schedule is open, so I can take you if you want.

Flights are more expensive to San Jose (at least for me), so I'm just going to fly into San Francisco instead. If anyone could pick me up in San Francisco, that would be great, but if not, I could take the Caltrain to San Jose.
