If kids are educated by AI this can be a very efficient means for the system to indoctrinate them. The current method of indoctrinating children is public schooling, but the extent to which public schools indoctrinate children is limited somewhat by costs such as teachers' salaries and the cost of the school. If AI educates the children then the costs of the AI would likely be negligible compared to this, the AI would presumably do a better job than teachers at indoctrinating, and the elites would be better able to control what the AI teaches than what teachers teach. It will give the elites a direct interface to "program" the children to be how they want them to be.
