Adjusted page header

I adjusted page header to this:



Two things:

1) Are you you okay with the wording on the bottom being shortened?

2) Is there a way to eliminate the requirement for having a subject line. I would prefer for only the image to be there. It seems the subject line is tied to the page name and bread crumbs.
